Writing As Remedy co-taught with Heather Bryant, professor of writing at Pace University
A 6-week course combining writing with body-mind explorations to reshape your story and transform your relationship to your body, pain, illness, grief or overwhelm. This course can help you tap into your innate power of creative expression and shift your perspective, while honoring what you’re going through.

Course format includes 4 full-day sessions* of writing and self-care, 1 group phone call and a private Facebook group for sharing, prompts, questions and encouragement.
