Integrative Bodywork – Each session is tailored to your specific needs and therefore may vary. Multiple modalities may be used – deep tissue massage, visceral manipulation, thai yoga massage, stretching, therapeutic essential oils, and other techniques. Self-care guidance may be included.
Special consideration is given to cushioning and comfort throughout pregnancy and with any physical limitations.

Raindrop Technique
This profound treatment uses therapeutic-grade essential oils which support the immune system, reduce inflammation, relax muscle spasms and enhance nerve function. It can be supportive for anything from painful injuries to the flu and can be helpful for all chronic and viral conditions, combating pathogens and reducing inflammation.  Oils range from warming to cooling and from calming and soothing to energizing and rejuvenating. Oils are dripped along the spine and “brushed” with fingertips from the sacrum to the head.  Inspired by a Lakota Indian tradition. Often combined with therapeutic bodywork.

MELT Private Sessions
Catch common imbalances in your body, address stuck stress, reduce pain, restore neurological balance, stability and joint mobility and improve the body’s healing mechanisms in a one-on-one, guided, individualized setting. Done in comfortable clothing using a soft roller and small balls.

Fluid Core Private Sessions
Create a supple, stable core through various explorations and gentle exercises that focus on opening and hydrating the psoas (SO-AS) and its complementary muscles in subtle yet profound ways. One-on-One guided sessions are designed to tap into physical and emotional stress while instilling a sense of curiosity and play. Done in comfortable clothing with various props.

Ear Candling (ear coning)
A safe, simple and relaxing home remedy that helps remove ear wax and general pressure and congestion and may relieve sinus problems, sore throat, ear ache, swimmer’s ear, headaches, allergies, hearing difficulty. Session begins with gentle sinus and face massage with therapeutic-grade essential oils.
